Our pastor and his sweet family needed a photo for the church Christmas card and we were so excited to provide it:

Our sweet friends had their baby boy, Samuel, just a couple of weeks before Christmas, so for their Christmas card we took some photos & designed it as a Christmas card/birth announcement:

You might remember the photos we took of the West kids last year.  Well, we were pleased to design their Christmas cards using those photos:

Eight Reasons We Love the West Kids:

1. Their Individuality

Each of these kids is so different.  I love how their individual personalities are apparent in the photos we took.

2. Their Love for One Another

It was neat to see these four interact.  They really found joy in one another’s company!

3. Their Silliness

These kids crack us up!  They are just really really silly!

4. Their Seriousness

Even though they’re silly, you can tell these kids know how to be serious when the time calls for it . . . like when a super model pose is in order

We loved getting to know these siblings better, and like I said, they each have such different personalities.

5. Jackson’s Integrity

The eldest, Jackson, is growing into such a great young man.  You can tell he understands what it means to be a man.

6. Alex’s Joy

Alex reminds everyone he meets how fun life can be!  He really has such a sweet joy about him.

7. Kate’s Gentleness

Kate has such a sweet, kind, and gentle soul.  She’s a beautiful young woman–inside and out.

8. Gavin’s peace

Sweet Gavin has this peace about him that impressed us so much.  I mean, he’s still a fun little boy, but there’s just something about him that is . . . peaceful . . .

Thanks so much for letting us capture your sweet personalities!  We had so much fun with y’all!

Enjoy a cool drink while relaxing by the pool!

Do you see that big tower?  Well . . .  check out what you can do in it:

There’s also a water basketball hoop and a water volleyball net.

Every once in a while they have scheduled pool-side games that kids just love!

For the kiddos there’s a water fountain to run through and a great kiddie pool with a gradual entrance:

If you thought that was enough, sometimes great clowns come out to play with the kids, paint their faces, and make balloon animals:

After all that pool time it’s perfect that the Cool Water Cafe is right next to the pool.  They serve everything from basket meals to smoothies and mixed drinks:

I know you won’t believe me, but there’s more!  There’s an area with a sandbox, a volleyball or badminton net, tether ball, and horseshoes:

Some evenings they light up the fire pit and everyone can make yummy s’mores:

Don’t think it’s all for the kids, though!  The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center is really a fabulous place to just relax with your loved one!  It’s so peaceful.

I mean seriously: check out those awesome hanging beds!

I almost forgot the best part: a night-time movie that you can watch while chilling IN THE POOL:

Just writing this blog post has reminded me that The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center is so AWESOME!  Ok, so when are you going to book your vacation!?!

The sanctuary was decorated with beautiful flowers thanks to Sky Presely!

Emily’s beautiful hair & makeup were done by sweet friends with a ton of talent.

The Turners chose to have a first look, which was a sweet time alone together at the beginning of their wedding day.

After their first look, we followed them around a lovely little park next to a lake.

What fabulous style!

Emily’s bridesmaids showed up just in time for the gale-force winds!

What a great looking group!

Earlier in the day, while Emily was getting ready, Jeff and his groomsmen went to The Links at West Fork for some male bonding.

Later, both fathers just moments before their children marry.

Within moments, the sanctuary was completely transformed into the reception room.

This pretty much sums up the Turners.

Leaving the church to begin their new life together!
